Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and shoei44 ("Company", "we"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the shoei44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the shoei44 platform. shoei44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use shoei44 services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Register only one personal account — multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited
• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration
• Not have been previously banned or blocked by shoei44
• Acting on your own behalf and not representing any third party
• Not acting in the interest of any individual on the self-exclusion list

shoei44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad, passport, bank statements or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or closure.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your shoei44 account, including your password and login details. Any loss resulting from unauthorised account use arising from your own negligence is beyond the responsibility of shoei44.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

shoei44 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for crypto payments which use the current exchange rate.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes

Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit. shoei44 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted outside peak hours may take slightly longer, but within the stated 5 to 30 minute limit.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by shoei44 are subject to specific terms set for each offer. The shoei44 welcome bonus gives you 150% of your first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the value of the bonus received. For example: if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, making your balance RM250 — and the wagering requirement is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500. For a deposit of RM1,400, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is given, balance becomes RM2,400, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• Each player is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to other players
• shoei44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if the terms of use are violated
• Wagering using bonuses may be subject to certain game restrictions

Abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordination between players or any strategy considered fraudulent, may result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

Fair Play and Security

shoei44 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. Our platform uses random number generator (RNG) technology that has been verified by independent third parties to ensure game outcomes are fully random and cannot be manipulated.

• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

VIP tier upgrades depend on your gaming activity and continued engagement with the shoei44 platform. Further details on VIP programme requirements will be communicated directly to eligible players.

Account Closure and Suspension

shoei44 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or system manipulation
• Use of bots or automated software in games
• Behaviour deemed harmful to other players or the platform

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer service via live chat or email. Any valid balance in the account will be returned once the security review has been completed.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

shoei44 is not responsible for any financial losses suffered by players as a result of gambling activity on our platform. Gambling carries real financial risk and players must be aware that losses are part of gambling activity.

shoei44 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. System maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service disruptions. We will make every effort to notify players in advance if scheduled maintenance is required.

Privacy and Data Protection

shoei44 takes the protection of players' personal information seriously. All data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the relevant page. shoei44 will not sell, rent, or disclose players' personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or licensing obligations.

Governing Law

This agreement and all disputes arising from it shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws relevant to the international licensing that forms the basis of shoei44's operations. shoei44 operates under a valid international licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between a player and shoei44 may be referred to a recognised dispute resolution body under the applicable licensing framework. Players waive the right to bring claims against shoei44 on a collective or class-action basis.
